摘要
采用适合甘薯特性的抗性淀粉含量测定分析方法,对在6个点种植的21个甘薯品种抗性淀粉定量测定,分析其基因型差异和环境效应互作;结果表明:含量变幅在16%~23.7%之间,甘薯抗性淀粉含量的基因型、产地以及基因型与产地互作效应均达显著水平。筛选出浙6025、徐55—2、浙7528和浙3449等抗性淀粉含量较高的品种。
The resistant starch (RS) contents of 21 sweet potato cultivars grown at 6 locations were determined; the genotype variation and environmental effects were analyzed. Results show that the RS content changes in the range of 16% - 23.7%. The effects of genotype, producing place, and the interaction effect of genotype and place are all significant for the RS content of sweet potato. Some cultivars with high RS content, such as Zhe602, Xu55 - 2, Zhe7528 and Zhe3449 are identified.
