摘要 研究建立了离子色谱抑制电导测定面粉中溴酸盐的新方法。BrO3^-标准曲线的线性范围为0.05~5mg/L(r=0.9999),方法的加标回收率为81.7%~94.8%,相对标准偏差为2.3%,样品中BrO3^-的检出限为40μg/kg(以20g称样量计算)。实验表明,该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适合面粉中溴酸盐的测定。 The method developed in this work for the determination of bromate in wheat flour by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detector is described as follows: The separation of bromate is achieved on column with Metrosep A supp 5(250 mm × 4 mm i.d. ) and 3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3 + 1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 as eluent, and the detection is performed by conductivity detection. The linear range of the calibration curve of bromate is 0.05 - 5 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The recovery of spiked standard ranges from 81.7 % to 94.8 % and the relative standard deviation is 2.3 %. The determination limit of the method is 40 μg/kg of the bromate, calculated from a sample of 20 g. It is demonstrated that the proposed method is simple, sensitive and reliable for the determination of bromate in wheat flour.
