摘要
试验选用L9(34)正交表设计方案研究几种农作物秸秆混合青贮的优化模式。试验因素为青贮原料(花生秧,甘薯藤,玉米秸秆)组成比例(A)、纤维素酶添加量(B)、乳酸菌添加量(C)。60d后对开封的青贮饲料进行感官鉴定和实验室鉴定。结果表明:各因素对青贮饲料品质的影响均显著,影响大小依次是C>A>B;各因素水平间差异显著。综合评价,混合青贮的最优模式为青贮原料花生秧∶甘薯藤∶玉米秸秆的最佳比例为1∶1∶2,纤维素酶和乳酸菌的适宜添加量为0.003g/kg和1.0g/kg。
The research studied the optimum mixture silage modes of several crop straws by orthogonal design L9(3^4) with 3 factors :compositional proportion of crop straws (peanut straws :sweet potato straws:maize straws)(A),dosages of cellulose (B),dosages of lactobacillus (C)and each factor had 3 levels.Sense assessment and laboratory evaluation were carried on the mixture silage after sealed fermentation for 60 days,The results showed that the effect of every factor on the quality of the mixture silage was significant,and the influencing power of factors was described as:C 〉 A 〉 B.There were significant differences on the quality of mixture silage among 3 levels of each factor.Comprehensively considering,the appropriate proportion of peanunt straws:sweet potato straws:maize straws was 1:1:2,dosages of cellulose and lactobacillus 0.003 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg.
