摘要
提出了基于相邻耦合的圆形耦合压控振荡器相位阵列。从阵列独立单元的非线性动力学方程出发,建立了该相位阵的连续相位数学模型,分析了阵列相位分布函数,对称地调节圆域边界振荡器的自由谐振频率时,阵列的稳定工作频率不变,相位在阵列中实现了线性分布,加上辐射单元后该圆形阵列可用于空间波束扫描。
A circular phased array was proposed in which voltage-controlled oscillators coupled to nearest neighbors. A continuum phase model of the array was introduced based on nonlinear dynamic equations of the independent oscillator in array. The model of phase distribution was analyzed, it was demonstrated that symmetrically tuning the free-running frequency of the boundary oscillators in circular array, a linear phase distribution could be achieved with the steady working frequency of array unchanged. If radiating elements are connected to each oscillator, this circular phased array can achieve beam scanning.
