摘要
由于某高炮通信系统结构复杂、技术先进,技术保障难度大,部队在形成装备保障能力方面还存在很大差距,主要是缺乏故障诊断设备,归根结底是缺乏有效的测试手段和适用的故障诊断技术;作者针对高炮通信系统,设计了高炮通信系统性能检测与故障诊断系统;该系统采用主控机与测试机的分离式结构,其中主控机由便携式微机组成,测试机由工控机和各功能模块组成;此系统可对自行高炮通信系统的性能进行自动检测和故障诊断;实验结果表明,该系统效果良好,为高炮武器系统的技术保障提供了一种实用的方法。
Because the structure of antiaircraft gun communication system is complicated,the technique is advanced and the technique guarantee is diffcult,still exists a very big margin in the weapon guarantee.The army mainly lacks fault diagnosis equipments including valid test means and applicable fault diagnosis technique.The performance detection and fault diagnosis system is designed for antiaircraft gun comminication system.The system adopts distributed structure that consisted of primary control computer and test computer.The primary control computer is consisted of portable computer,the test computer is made of industrial computer and function modules.The system can realize automatic test and fault diagnosis to antiaircraft gun communication system.The model obtain a good result through a series of experiments,it provides an applied method for maintenance ensure.
