摘要 数据采集系统正被广泛应用于检测、控制、诊断、科学实验等各种领域,其数据精准度与数据处理能力要求越来越高;为了满足高精度的要求,文中采用了TI公司推出的微功耗、高精度、8通道24位△-∑型模数转换器ADS1256;为了适应不同的数据处理能力需求,配合使用ST公司的STR711FR2T6(ARM7TDMI核,支持USB2.0全速模式)作为数据处理芯片,通过USB与PC通信;该系统已通过调试,并已成功应用于人体脉象分析仪的开发中;经验证,整个系统完全符合人体脉象实时传输、处理及显示的要求。 The data acquisition system is widely applied to all kinds of aspects such as monitoring, controlling, diagnosis and science experiments. And there are higher requirements for the accuracy, precision and process capability of its data. In order to meet its high precision, in this article, ADS1256 of TI Co. is used as A/D (analog-to-digital) conversion chip, which is a extremely low-noise, high precision, 8-channel, 24-bit delta-sigma A/D converter. Meanwhile, for the different process capabilities, STR711FR2T6 (ARM7TDMI core, support USB2.0 full speed) of ST Co. is selected as the data process chip, which is communicated with PC via an USB cable. The system's debugging has been passed. And the design is successfully applied to the development of the human pulse analytical instrument. It is proved that the whole system meets the requirements of the human pulse's real-time transport, process and display.
