氟康唑在门诊的合理应用及处方分析

The Reasonable Use and Prescription Analysis of Fluconazole in Outpatient Service

目的:考查氟康唑在我院门诊应用的合理性和治疗效果及取药情况,为临床合理应用提供指导。方法:从门诊各科了解诊疗用药后的治愈情况,对我院2006年9月～2007年9月所有氟康唑处方作分析。结果:处方合理用药率达到96.4%,外流处方71.9%,治疗效果61.8%。结论:氟康唑在我院门诊从处方上反映大多应用合理,处方大量外流,不合理用药表现在联合应用和用法不当,部分治疗失败。

OBJECTIVE： to check the reasonable, the treating effect and medicine - getting situations of Fluconazole that was used in the outpatient service in our hospital, providing instructions for using it reasonably. METHODS： From all the departments of the outpatient service to know about the curing after being treated with Fluconazole; To analyze all the Fluconazole prescriptions from September, 2006 to September, 2007. RESULTS： The reasonable medicine- using rate amounted to 96.4%. out of lowing prescriptions reached 71.9% and the treating effect was 61.8%. CONCLUSION： Fluconazole in the outpatient service of our hospital reflected most of the reasonable use. A lot of prescriptions outflew, the unreasonable medicine use was the joint use and misusing, so part of the treatments failed.
