我院门诊中、化学药物联合用药情况调查分析

Investigation of Combination Chinese and Chemical Drugs on Out-patient in Our Hospital

目的:通过了解中、化学药联用处方状况,为规范用药提供依据。方法:随机抽查本院2006年7月～9月中、化学药联用处方37287张,对全部数据进行分类、统计和分析。结果:中、化学药联合应用情况比较普遍,个别处方当中存在重复用药、理化性配伍禁忌,有的甚至产生毒性,导致药源性疾病。结论:促进中、化学药物的合理使用,需要强化医药人员中、化学药理论知识更新,加强医院内部中、化学药物联合使用管理,国家行政部门制定和修订相关管理政策,对控制不合理中、化学药联用,减少药源性疾病是非常重要的。

OBJECTIVE：To give some helpful advices by understanding the situation of the prescriptions le combing Chinese and Chemical medieinds. METHODS ：A total of 37 287 prescriptions of combined Chinese and Chemical medicines were randomly sampled in our hospital from July to September of 2006, with the utilization data analyzed statistically and classified. RESULTS： The situation of combing Chinese and Chemical medicines is gengral. Repeating drugs and physieoehemieal incompatibility exit in the individual prescriptions, even they can product toxin and drug- induced diseases. CONCLUSION： To improve the reasonable combined drugs, pharmacists need to update their knowledge of combined drugs and srengthen the hospital internal use and management of the joint Chinese and Chemical medicine. State Administrative departments to adopt amendments to the relevant management policies and the control of the irrational use of Chemical medicine is very important for reduce drug - induced diseases.
