摘要
目的:评价4种中药注射剂治疗小儿外感发热的成本-效果。方法:160例患者分为A、B、C、D4组,分别给予注射用双黄连、注射用穿琥宁、注射用炎琥宁、痰热清注射液,观察其疗效并进行成本-效果分析。结果:4组成本分别为25.80、28.29、35.10、112.50;总有效率分别为77.86%、95.68%、93.18%、94.00%;成本-效果比分别为33.14、29.57、37.67、119.68;B、C、D组相对于A组的增量成本-效果比分别为13.97、60.70、537.17。结论:注射用穿琥宁(B组)是小儿外感发热的较佳治疗药物。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the cost - effectiveness of 4 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal injectable preparations in the management of ehiidren＇s fever caused by exogenous pathogens. METHODS： A total of 160 eases were assigned to receive Shuanghuanglian for injection （Group A）, Chuanhuning for injection （Group B）, Yanhuning＇for injection （Group C）, or Tanreqing for injection （Group D）. The curative effects of the 4 groups were observed and the cost - effectiveness analyses were conducted as well. RESULTS： The costs for the 4 groups were 25.80, 28.29, 35.1 and 112.5 yuan, respectively; the total effective rates were 77.86%, 95.68%, 93.18% and 94.00%, respectively; the cost- effectiveness ratios were 33.14, 29.57, 37.67 and 119.68, respectively; the incremental cost- effectiveness ratios of Groups B, C and D were 13.97, 60.70 and 537.17, respectively as compared with Group A. CONCLUSION： Chuanhuning injection （Group B） is the optimal therapy for children＇s fever caused by exogenous pathogens.
