Profit Pattern of Urban Integrated Transport Hub based on the Industrial Chain

针对城市综合交通枢纽的特殊经济属性,从城市综合交通枢纽的核心价值链——综合交通枢纽运营出发,通过建设、运营、资源开发一体化的专业机构的设置,保证关键价值链和衍生价值链的有效整合;再结合各类衍生资源开发策略的研究,有效地实现各衍生价值链的盈利,从而构成城市综合交通枢纽的盈利模式。

Considering the special economic attributes of the integrated urban transport hub, this paper starts from the core value chain of the integrated transport hub-operation, sets up a special prupose company （SPC） which combines the construction and operation with resource development to ensure the integration of the core value chain and the derivative value chain, then analyzes various types of derivatives and their operation modes to ensure the profit of the derivates, thus the profit pattern of the integrated transport hub is accordingly formed.
