介绍了新加坡城市轨道交通的概况,并通过具体案例分析了新加坡地铁站体的综合开发模式,包括综合集成、商业集成、商务集成和居住集成等四种主要模式。总结了新加坡地铁站体开发的一些特点。综合开发不仅包括地下空间,也包括地上、周边建筑,并可结合多种城市功能,以充分发挥城市土地的利用效率。
This paper shares some experiences of the integrated development of metro stations in Singapore. After a brief introduction of Singapore metro network, which provides four major models of the development, including comprehensive development, commercial integration, business affairs integration and residential integration, this paper concludes the characteristic of Singapore metro＇s integrated development, holds that the integration in Singapore is very successful, because it is not only about the underground space but also concems the nearby buildings over the ground. Also, this integrated development combines different urban functions and maximizes the efficiency of land use.
