摘要
目的了解贫困地区教师对预防艾滋病相关知识态度。方法随机抽取6所学校的教师共计250名,以不记名方式进行问卷调查。结果(1)对于艾滋病的一般知识,回答正确率约70%以上,对传播途径回答完全正确的较低;对专业性较强的艾滋病知识如艾滋病的诊断标准正确回答率只有20.3%。(2)仅有50.2%的教师关心如何预防艾滋病,67.2%的教师担心或者非常担心自己会患上艾滋病。(3)对于自己感染上艾滋病91.3%的人表示愿意到正规医院就诊,仅有少数人会到其他一些不正规的小诊所就诊。(4)87.2%的教师是看电视或者报纸杂志获取艾滋病的知识,44.8%的教师所在的学校开展过健康教育,而55.2%的教师所在的学校没有开展过健康教育,17.8%的教师不同意老师讲解如何使用避孕套,有90.0%的教师认为在学校里开展艾滋病的健康教育课程是十分必要的。结论对贫困地区教师及时开展艾滋病相关知识健康教育刻不容缓。
Objective To learn about AIDS-related knowledge and attitude to AIDS prevention in in teachers in poor areas.Methods An anonymous questionnaire was completed with 250 teachers randomly pelected from 6 schools.Results(1)Concerning general knowledge of AIDS,correct answers rate was about 70% or more,with a lower correct answer rate on transmission route;for a more technical knowledge such as AIDS diagnostic criteria there were only 20.3% correct answeres.(2)Only 50.2% of the teachers were concerned with how to prevent AIDS,and 67.2% of them showed concern or intense concem that they might be infected.(3)For their infection with AIDS,91.30% of them showed willingness to be referred to standard hospitals for treatment,only a few willing to be treated at small and non-standard clinics.(4)87.2% of them obtained AIDS knowledge via watching television or reading newspapers and magazines;44.8% of them worked at schools where health education had been offered;55.2% them worked at schools in which no health education was obtainable;17.8% of them did not agree with teachers on how to use condoms;90.00% of them thought it necessary to establish health education curriculum on AIDS at school.Conclusions The basic knowledge of AIDS of these teachers is deficient.It is therefore urgent that the education concerned be launched without delay.
