摘要
对AgCdO触头材料及具有不同添加剂的AgSnO_2触头材料(AgSnO_2In_2O_3、AgSnO_2Bi_2O_3、AgSnO_2WO_3)进行了大量分断电弧侵蚀试验和微观分析;比较研究了不同的第二相金属氧化物对触头材料电弧侵蚀机理的影响;分析了微量添加剂对电弧侵蚀特性和表面形貌特征的作用;最后,基于触头材料中气体相反晶间侵蚀作用,探讨了触头基体微裂纹形成与扩展机理。
The erosion behavior of AgCdO contact and AgSnO2 contact with different doping agent (AgSnO2ln2O3、 AgSnO2Bi2O3、 AgSnO2WO3) were conducted in accelerated testing machine, and sur- face of disrupted areas were examined by an SEM . difference of arc erosion mechanism of AgCdO and AagSnO2 were compared . The doping effect on meehanism of arc erosion and on morphology feature was analyzed . And finally, the cracking mechanism, based on gas phase and grain boundary erosion was discussed.
