当代中国农村家庭养老问题探析

The Study of the Aged Caring in Chinese Rural Families

随着生产力的发展和社会的转型,传统的农村家庭养老模式将会受到严重冲击,人口老龄化、农村家庭规模趋向小型化和核心化,以及农民收入低下等削弱了农村家庭养老功能。为此,我们应主要从制度伦理建构入手,鞭策、鼓励、扶持家庭养老,提高农村社区为老年人服务的质量水平,还要发挥政府在农村家庭养老中的职能作用,真正让家庭成为老人们安度晚年的稳固后方。

With the development of productive forces and reform of social structure, the traditional aged earing in rural families has been greatly affected. In fact, the growth of aged population, the reduction of family scale, the prevalence of nuclear family, and the deficiency of total income heavily weaken the traditional function of aged earing in rural areas. According to this paper, togeth- er with the efforts of the government, we should initiate our work with the systematization of moral principles, encourage and support the cause of aged earing, improve the aged people-oriented service in rural community, and ensure them a happy life in their own family.
