摘要
二相四绕组小容量无刷直流电动机,由于驱动电路结构简单,运行可靠和成本低,因而运用于大批量应用的场合。首次为这类电动机系统建立了较为精确的稳态分析模型,它考虑了旋转电压的实际波形和驱动电路的实际结构及某些参数,能真实反映电机的参数对运行性能的影向,为研究。设计和优化等问题提供了基础,对电流波形和机械特性等进行仿真计算和实验校核,验证了该模型的正确性。
The 2 - phase 4 windings small horsepower BLDC motor is becoming widely used because of the simplicity of the circuit configuration of the driver, high reliability of operation and the economic costs. ln this paper, the comparatively accurate model for steady state analysis of this type of motor is estab- lished for the first time. This model, with the consideration of the real waveform of rotating voltage the actual configuration and parameters of the driver, can actually reveal the effects of the parameters of the motor and the driver on the operation performance, and consequently can be a fundamental for the fur- ther study of problems like design, optimization and so on . The correctness of the model is verified by the comparison of simulating and testing results of the current waveform, the output torque, the ripple torque and some other performance indexes.
