安徽农村资金短缺及农民收入的增长途径

Study on Capital Scarcity and Increase Approach in Rural Areas of Anhui Province

近年来,安徽省在国家惠农政策的扶持及自身的发展下,人们的生活水平得到了广泛提高,但是农村经济并不发达,且农村仍存在大量的贫困人口。文章通过讨论安徽农村目前的经济状态,分析农村资金短缺的原因以及影响农民增加收入的因素,提出提高农民收入的相关建议,以使其摆脱贫困,尽快走向致富的道路。

Recently, people＇s life of Anhui province has improved greatly under the policy of assisting agriculture and its domestic development. However, the rural economy isn＇t flourishing, and there are still lots of poor population in rural areas. Through in- troducing economic situation of rural areas, analyzing the cause of capital scarcity in rural area and the factors of preventing peasants from increasing income, this paper gives the suggestion which to increase peasant＇s income, so as to make them get rid of poverty and have a wealthy life.
