摘要
在低温工况下(-18℃),对一小型间冷式制冷装置的变间距翅片管蒸发器在结霜工况下的动态性能进行了实验研究,考察了进口空气温度、空气相对湿度和空气风速对蒸发器性能的影响,给出了换热量、空气侧压降、结霜量和总传热系数在结霜过程中的动态变化规律。实验结果表明在低温工况下,不同的环境参数对结霜的影响差别较大。结果可为优化环境参数,使制冷系统达到节能匹配提供参考。
The dynamic performance of a finned-tube evaporator of a small-scale refrigeration installation with a indirect cooling in the frosting process was experimentally studied under low temperature conditions ( - 18℃ ) . The effects of the frontal air velocity, inlet air humidity on the performance of the evaporator were revealed. The dynamic variation law of the refrigerating capacity, air side pressure drop, frost weight and the overall heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator in the frosting process was presented, h was showed that different condition factors have distinct effects on the frosting. The experiment results provide important basis for the application of the condition factors and the economical matching of the refrigeration system.
