3DM 主电路泵升电压的抑制及模块驱动

Suppression of Pump Voltage and Module Driving in Main Circuit of 3DM

分析了三维电机（３ＤＭ）主电路泵升电压的产生过程；给出了泵升电压的钳位电路。采用ＩＧＢＴ智能模块ＩＰＭ，实现了准确可靠的过流保护。文中给出了实测波形。

The paper analyzes the pump voltage of main circuit of 3DM and presents the clamping circuit of pump voltage.The over current protection can be realized perfectly by using IGBT type intelligent power module(IPM).The actual module drive signal and current waveforms are given in this paper.
