影响我国艺术体操集体项目完成分的主要因素分析

Analysis of Key Factors Affecting Execution Scores of Group Exercises of Chinese Rhythmic Gymnastics

通过文献资料、现场统计和录像分析等方法,对影响我国艺术体操集体项目完成分不高的主要因素进行探讨。结果表明:运动员成套动作难度技术规格尚未达到规则的要求,器械运用能力和熟练性较差,身体和器械技术的不全面是影响我国艺术体操集体项目完成分的主要因素。提出我国艺术体操运动员应加强身体能力和各项器械的基本技术训练,提高身体和器械难度技术动作的规格,以及器械在身体难度中运用自如的能力,以减少成套动作身体和器械技术的完成扣分,使我国艺术体操集体项目尽快进入世界先进水平的行列。

By the methods of literature review, video program and statistical analysis, this paper explores and analyzes the main factors affecting the execution of group exercises of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics. The results indicate that Chinese gymnasts have difficulty in the skillful handling of apparatus to perform sequences of movements. They havent met the requirements of the code during a body movement difficulty. The inability to perform apparatus techniques is one of the main factors to hinder them from achieving higher execution scores. Therefore, the following suggestions are put forward ： to strengthen the gymnasts＇body training to improve the specification of their movement difficulties ; to enhance their basic apparatus techniques to be skillful in using the apparatus; to increase the execution scores in performing body movements and skillful handling of apparatus and thus to make the Chinese rhythmic gymnastics catch up with and reach the world advanced level as soon as possible.
