回归后,香港体育受到特区政府的极大重视。为配合特区体育政策目标的有效实施,其体育组织历经两次大的变革,形成新的行政架构并开始平稳运作。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,在回顾各体育组织发展历程的基础上,解读当前香港体育组织管理新架构,对其运行中的职能分配及其事务扩展进行阐释,并从组织架构、管理方式、运行机制等方面提出对大陆体育改革的启示。

After Hongkongg return China, great emphasis has been put on Hongkong sports by the Special Administrative Reigon. Sports organizations in HK have undergone two important transformations, formed new administrative frame and begun to operate smoothly to guarantee the effective implementation of SAR＇s sports policies and targets. By means of reviewing relevant literature and logical analysis and on the basis of retrospection of the course of development for each sports organization, the thesis writer discusses the new managing frame of HK sports organizations and interprets the division of functions and progress of affairs during its operation and proposes HK＇s experience in sports organizational frame, managing means and working mechanism which can give inspirations to the sports reform of Main Land China.
