摘要 随着世界人口老龄化,骨质疏松症作为严重影响老年人生活质量的重要疾病之一已越来越受到各国学者的关注和重视。寻求更加有效的预防和治疗骨质疏松症的方法是研究的热点内容之一。适当的体育运动可以减缓随年龄的增长而发生的骨质疏松,促进人的身心健康。综述了运动对骨的代谢、不同运动方式、运动强度对骨质疏松影响的研究现状与进展,可为骨质疏松症的预防和治疗提供理论参考资料。 With the ever - increasing world aging population, osteoporosis, as one of the serious diseases affecting the living quality of the old, has attracted wide concern among scholars in various countries. Consequently, seeking more effective methods to prevent and treat osteoporosis has become a hot research topic. Research findings have proved that proper physical exercise can slow down the pace of osteoporosis and promote people's physical and psychological health. By means of reviewing relevant literature, this paper summarizes the current situation and development of the scientific research into the effect of physical exercises on the bone metabolism and that of various sports means and intensity on osteoporosis, which can provide theoretical references to the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
