754例儿童白癜风临床分析

A clinical analysis on 754 cases of Childhood vitiligo

目的 为了研究儿童白癜风临床及流行病学特点。方法 我们对就诊的儿童白癜风进行详细的问卷调查。内容包括：性别、年龄、发病年龄、病程、类型、诱因、疾病期、皮损范围、首发病季节、伴发疾病、家族史。结果754例儿童中，男性儿童382例（50．67％），女性儿童372例（49．33％），性别相差不明显。平均年龄为（9．7±3．0）岁，平均发病年龄为（7．9±3．1）岁。最常见的类型为散发型。85例（11．27％）有家族史。561例（74．44％）处于进行期。52例（6．89％）伴有晕痣，3例（0．39％）伴有斑秃。结论儿童白癜风病因及临床复杂，需要加强研究。

Objective To study the clinical and epidemiologic profile of childhood vitiligo. Methods Questionnaires were completed which contains the items of sex, age, age of onset , duration of disease, clinical type, cause, progression, complication, occureence season, family history. Results Of the754 children, 382（50.67%） were boys and 372（49.33%）were girls. This sex difference was not found to be statistically Significant. The mean age of the disease was （9.7 ±3.0） years. The mean age of onset of the diseasewas （7.9 ± 3.1） years. Vitiligo vulgaris （generalized vitiligo） was the most common type. 11.27% had a family history of vitiligo. 561（74.4%） were in progression. Halo nevi were observed in 52 patients （6.89%）. Alopecia areata were observed in 3 patients（0. 39%）.Conclusion The cause and clinical profile of childhood vitiligo were complex and we need study.
