105例心肺复苏术患者院前急救效果分析

The analysis on the therapeutisc effect of the cardiorespiratory resuscitation in the pre-hospital care （105 Cases Reported）

目的 分析院前急救中心肺复苏术（CPR）实施可能遇到的特殊情况，探讨对策，努力提高心肺复苏成功率。方法 对院前急救中105例CPR患者的出诊记录进行分析。结果 105例CPR中有7例复苏成功。结论 院前急救中实施CPR要求医护人员要有更多责任心，尽旱开始CPR和电除颤以及规范熟练的操作是复苏成功的关键。

Objective To analyse special circumstance of the cardiorespiratory resuscitation in the pre-hospital care in oder to raise the achievement ratio in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation by aprroaching countemeasure. Method To analyse the visiting record 105 patients with pre-hospital care. Result 7 patients have success in the resuscitation between 105 patients with cardiopulmonary arrest. Conclusion It is the key point that the medical staff must need responsibility in the pre-hospital care ,begin to do cardiorespiratory resuscitation and elecric defibrillation, as well as standard manipulation.
