奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑及法莫替丁对消化性溃疡的疗效观察

Effect of omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole and famotidine on peptic ulcer

目的观察奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑及法莫替丁对消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将135例消化性溃疡患者随机分为3组，每组45例：A组用奥美拉唑口服，早晚空腹各1次，20mg／次，阿莫西林口服，1g／次，2次／日，甲硝唑口服，0．4g／次，2次／日，服用l周。之后用法莫替丁口服，早晚空腹各1次，20mg／次，服用3周。B组用奥美拉唑口服，早晚空腹各1次，20mg／次，阿莫西林口服，1g／次，2次／日，甲硝唑口服，0．4g／次，2次／日，服用1周。C组用法莫替丁口服，早晚空腹各1次，20mg／次，服用4周。各组均开始治疗4周后复查胃镜。结果3组消化性溃疡愈合率分别为96％、84％、62％，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论消化性溃疡用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑1周后再以法莫替丁抑制胃酸，疗效更好，治愈率更高。

Objective To observe the effects of Omeprazole, Amoxicillin, Metronidazole and Famotidine on Peptic ulcers. Methods 135 patients with dunodenal or gastric ulcer were divided into three groups randomly. The A group（45 cases） received Omeprazole 20mg pc, bid for 1 week and Amoxicillin 1000mg pc, bid for 1 week and Metronidazole 400mg pc, bid for 1 week. After 1 week received Famotidine 20mg pc, bid for 3 weeks. The B group（45 cases） received Omeprazole 20mg pc, bid for 1 week and Amoxicillin 1000mg pc, bid for 1 week and Metronidazole 400mg pc, bid for 1 week. The C group（45 cases） received Famotidine20mg pc, bid for 4 weeks. All patients had repeated endoscopy after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The ulcer healing rates of three groups were 96%,84% and 62%, respectively. Conclusion The Peptic ulcer healing rate was highest that received Famotidine after had received Omeprazole, Amoxicillin and Metronidazole.
