摘要 目的探讨机器人辅助手术系统在小儿普外手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析69例机器人辅助下腹腔镜手术(试验组)和69例传统腹腔镜手术(对照组)。结果机器人辅助下腹腔镜手术患儿手术并发症、住院天数与传统腹腔镜手术差异无显著性,手术时间、医疗费用比传统腹腔镜手术要高。结论机器人辅助下腹腔镜手术是安全的,且具有一定的优势。 [Objective] To investigate the application of aided endoscopic surgical robot system in pediatric general surgery. [Method] All cases were divided into two groups:Test group (the aided endoscopic surgical robot system) and Control group (the traditional laparoscopic operation). The two groups were analyzed retrospectively. [Result] Compared the test group to control group, the occurrance of complication and hospital stay had no statistical significance. But for the test group, the operation time was longer and the medical cost was higher. [Conclusion] The application of aided endoscopic surgical robot system is safe, effective and feasible.
