甘油氯化制备二氯丙醇工艺的研究 被引量:10

摘要 在固定床反应器中考察了各种因素对于甘油氯化反应的影响。结果表明,甘油氯化的最佳条件为:反应温度为100—110℃,催化剂为无水乙酸,催化剂在甘油中的质量分数为7%,甘油流速为0.6mL/min,在此条件下,二氯丙醇的最高收率可达85.5%。 The effect of different factors on chlorination of glycerol was investigated in a packed reactor. The result showed that the optimal conditions for the chlorination of glycerol:the reaction temperature was 100-110℃, the catalyst was anhydrous acetic acid, the catalyst loading was 7%, the flow velocity of glycerol was 0.6 mL/min. The yield of the dichloropropanol had reached to 85.5 % under the optimal conditions.
