摘要
用硫酸钛与氨水反应得到TiO2前体,煅烧后制得掺氮TiO2粉体,研究了不同温度和加热时间下掺氮TiO2的XPS、FTIR和紫外可见光谱,结果表明,掺氮TiO2在400℃下加热1h,所得粉体是锐钛矿相结构,与未掺杂TiO2相比,吸收边红移22nm,对400~510nm的可见光有一定的吸收率。氮的掺杂不仅使TiO2带隙变小,而且有助于氧空位的形成。
TiO2 precursor was prepared by Ti (SO4)2 solution reacting with 28% NHa aqueous solution. Nitrogen-doped TiO2 powder was obtained by calcining. N-doped TiO2 at the different temperature and heating time was studied with XPS, FTIR and UV-Vis. The results indicate the nitrogen-doped TiO2 is heating for 1 h at 400℃, the powder obtained is anatase structure, compared with without TiO2 powder, its optical absorption edge shifts 22 nm toward the infrared and it also absorbs visible light from 400 nm to 510 nm. Nitrogen may make band gap of TiO2 narrow and help to form oxygen vacancy.
