摘要
以悬浮率(≥90%)、筛析、分散性、热贮[(54±2)℃,14 d]稳定性为标准,通过对不同润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂的配方筛选,得到20%高效氯氰菊酯.吡虫啉悬浮剂的最佳制剂配方为:高效氯氰菊酯10.0%,吡虫啉10.0%,分散剂MF 2.0%,分散剂NNO 0.5%,分散剂HY-1 1.5%,农乳500#1.0%,黄原胶0.15%,乙二醇4.0%,消泡剂0.5%,水70.35%。产品悬浮率≥90%,分散性良好,热贮稳定性合格。
The text introduced the consisting and preparation method of SC for 20% beta-cypermethrin · imidacloprid. According to the standard of suspension rate（ ≥90% ） , screen analysis ,dispersity ,heat storage stability [ （ 54± 2）℃, 14 d ], we have carried out the screening tests recipes of 20% beta-eypermethrin ·imidacloprid using different wetting dispersant, thickening agent and antifreeze. The composition eonsists of beta-cypermethrin （ 10.0% ）, imidacloprid （ 10.0% ）, dispersing agent （ 2.0% ）, emulsifier （2.5%）, thickening agent （0. 15% ）, antifreeze （4.0%）, defoamer （0.5%） and water （70. 35% ） were determined. The experimental results of the products showed that suspension rate was over 90%, good dispersity and eligible heat storage stability.
