摘要
为减小汽车焊装夹具焊装过程中出现的工件尺寸偏差,提出了一种基于车身坐标系的坐标转换模型,采用电涡流传感器和设计的自适应调整装置,构建了在线检测及自适应控制系统,试验验证了这种监控报警机制及自适应调整控制系统的有效性。
Aimed at detecting dimensional deviation in auto body assembly process of welding fixture, this paper proposes coordinate transformation model based on auto body coordinate system, and develops an real-time detection and adaptive control system using eddy current sensor and an adaptive adjustment device. Tests show the validity of the on-line detection and alarm mechanism and the adaptive control system.
