摘要
针对电磁除铁设备结构复杂、效率低的缺点,设计了一套以永磁体为除铁载体的除铁设备,介绍了设备的机械和控制部分,并计算了不同工作模式下的除铁效率。在除铁的关键部分设计中引入了有限元分析,保证了设计的科学合理性。
A permanent magnetic Fe removing device was designed, which aimed al the defects of the electromagnetic Fe removing device. The mechanical and the. control department were introduced, and the computation of the Fe removing efficiency under different work models was recommended. FEA was used in the design of key departments of Fe removing device, to guarantee the rationality of the design.
