东北地区蒿属植物杀虫剂的提取工艺

Extraction Technique of Botanical Insecticide from Six Species of Artemisia in Northeast China

采用室温浸渍提取法、超声波提取法、索氏提取法和超临界提取方法,对香蒿、大籽蒿、蒙古蒿、猪毛蒿、野艾蒿和牡蒿进行抑杀虫活性成分的提取。结果表明:蒿属植物的最佳提取溶剂为95%的乙醇溶液;蒿属植物的最佳提取方法为超临界提取法。

An experiment was conducted to extract the active components from Artemisla annuae, A. sieversiana, A. mongolica, A. scoparia, A. lavandulaefolia DC. and A. japonica by the methods of immersion extraetion at room temperature, ultrasonic extraction, Soxhlet extraction, and supereritieal extraction. Result shows that the optimal extraction solvent is 95% alcohol solution and the best extraction method is supereritieal extraction.
