参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗老年椎动脉型颈椎病 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将80例老年椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组。对照组40例给予能量合剂静脉滴注+盐酸培他司汀口服,治疗组40例加用参芎葡萄糖静脉滴注,疗程均为14 d,观测2组临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后显效率分别为80%和45%,总有效率分别为95%和85%,2组比较均有非常显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效突出,值得临床应用。
