摘要
丹麦DHI公司开发的MIKE系列水力模型,是在20多年来世界范围内大量工程应用经验的基础上持续发展起来的,在水资源领域具有很好的应用前景。以碧流河水库下游为研究对象,针对流量资料缺乏的水库下游河道,采用多种工况组合,利用一维河网模型系统MIKE11模拟分析其现状行洪能力,为水库实时防洪调度提供决策依据。而后,为了进一步提高水库汛期风险管理水平、积极实施库堤联调,借助软件ArcGIS强大的空间数据处理功能,利用二维非恒定流模型MIKE21对超标准洪水引起的淹没状况进行模拟。
MIKE series models developed by DHI of Denmark have found widely uses in hydraulics research and in water resources engineering. In this paper, according to the situation of lacking of practical discharge data downstream of the Biliuhe reservoir, a one -dimensional river network model (MIKE11) is introduced to stimulate the flood protection ability of the reaches downstream of the reservoir against various project-situation combinations. The result can be used to provide support for real-time flood control of the reservoir. In order to improve the levels of flood risk control operation during flood seasons and the joint regulation of embankment and reservoir, a two-dimensional unsteady flow model (MIKE21) is introduced to simulate flood inundation process during superstandard flood using the spatial data processing technique of ArcGIS.
