浙江省卫生资源配置公平性研究

On the Equity of Health Resource Allocation in Zhejiang

采用洛伦茨曲线(Lorenz curve)和基尼系数(Gini coefficient),从浙江省各地区的人口分布和地理分布的角度,分析床位、医生数为代表的卫生资源配置情况,发现浙江省卫生资源配置人口公平性高于地理公平性。同时,对浙江省卫生资源配置及其农村卫生资源配置的公平性进行比较分析,发现农村卫生资源配置的公平性与全省的公平性差距不大。

This paper employs the Lorenz Curve and Gini Coefficient to explore the situation on the allocation of health resources （hospital beds and doctors） in Zhejiang from the aspects of population and geography, and finds that its equity at the aspect of population is much better than the one at the aspect of geography. This paper also makes a comparative analysis on the allocation of health resources between Zhejiang and its rural areas, and finds the gap between Zhejiang and its rural areas is pretty small.
