摘要
通过介绍数据包络分析(DEA)的基本原理及其与目标管理的内在联系,公共卫生项目投入和产出的特殊性及其在DEA模型中的处理方法,探讨了DEA在公共卫生项目目标管理中的应用。
Data envelopment analysis is a nonparametric production frontier model developed in the past three decades. It has been widely applied in performance measurement and decision making in many areas. Management by objectives is an approach often adopted by program managers, including public health programs. This paper gave an introduction to the application of data envelopment analysis to management by objectives in public health programs.
