山西省和顺县“合同购买卫生服务”项目评价

Evaluation of "Purchasing Health Services by Contract" Program in Heshun Couty

对山西省和顺县合同购买卫生服务项目进行定性和定量调查研究的基础上,开展了结构—过程—结果的评价。结果表明,政府合同购买卫生服务项目具有组织保障、设计合理,在实施过程中各项工作较为到位,效果理想。

Based on qualitative and quantitative survey and research of purchasing health services by contract in Heshun County, we conducted an structure-process-outcome evaluation. We reached the conclusion that government＇s contract purchase of health services had organization guarantee, was well designed and implemented, and its effect was good.
