摘要
采取抽样、问卷和个别访谈的方法,从组织文化、管理制度和个人职业发展入手,对河南省公立医院现行的精神激励机制满意度进行了全面的调查研究。依据调查结果,提出了公立医院精神激励机制建设的相关要素内容,为公立医院激励机制改革提供了重要的参考依据。
This essay carried out an overall research on the satisfaction of mechanism of spiritual motivation of public hospital in Henan by the way of sample & questionnaire and personal interviews in terms of cultural organization & managerial system and personal career development. And we put forward some factors related to the construction of this mechanism based on the research, which provided many important references to the reform of the mechanism of material motivation in public hospital.
