摘要
研究了应用高温超导(HTS)线圈,通过L-C串联谐振电路从低压直流电源产生高电压的新方法。为了产生高电压,低压直流电源的极性需在电子开关的控制下每半个谐振周期切换一次。谐振电路中电阻的存在限制了它所能产生的高电压幅值。通过用HTS线圈制成的电感取代铜线圈电感,该电路所能产生的高电压的幅度会明显增大,在本文中,(Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x套银多股HTS线材被用来制造超导电感。虽然用此谐振方式产生的高电压不能给低阻抗负荷供电,但它可能用于电气设备局部放电测试或其他电气绝缘性能的检测等方面作为另一个应用该方法还可用于超导体自身电性能的测量。
A novel high voltage L - C series resonant equipment with a high temperature superconduct ( HTS) inductor and a low voltage DC wource has been developed . The output voltage with a HTS inductor of generator would be voltage is substantially increased . A ( Bi, Pb ) 2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x multifilament HTS wire is used to make the superconducting inductor . The possible applications of this generator include measuring partial discharge or conducting other kinds of insulation testing for the electric apparatus . It can also be used as a testing method for the HTS itself with respect to its electric properties. However, this kind of high voltage generator is not capable of supplying low impedance loads.
