摘要
建设工程项目前期是价值工程(VE)应用取得最佳效果和效益的阶段,在该阶段实施的价值管理(VM)称为价值规划(VP)。但如同VE的实际应用状况一样,VP虽然重要却也未得到应有的重视,对其应用实施的具体研究也较少。文中探讨了VP的概念、方法,结合在高速轨道交通工程制梁基地总平面布置设计的应用案例,进行了分析。
The early stage of construction projects is the best period to conduct value engineering （VE） activity because it benefits most from value management （VM） application among all stages during the life-cycle of a project. The term ＇value plan＇ （VP） covers value technique performed in the above-mentioned stage. However, little attention has been paid to VP application and research in construction projects, either to VE as a result. Herein, the conception and techniques of VP, and its application case on the design of girder manufacturing plant for high-speed track-guided transportation projects were introduced in the paper.
