摘要
以邯郸农行案件为引子,通过分析我国商业银行操作风险的主要特征以及操作风险管理中存在的问题,透过国际视角,看到国外先进银行在操作风险控制和管理中一些有益的做法。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,提出了适合我国商业银行的操作风险管理策略。
This article analyzes the main characters of operating risk and the problems existing in operating risk management of China＇s commercial bank. Then, put forward the strategies for operating risk through drawing lessoning from practice of foreign banks.
