摘要 在精轧机系统发生强烈振动的情况下,对振动响应和运行参数进行了测试。在实测的振动信号相空间分析的基础上,得到系统所包含的结构振动的特殊非线性自主振动的特征。根据实测的运行参数,进行支持向量回归系统辨识,找到系统产生这种振动的根本原因为位移反馈的响应延迟,抑制长延时可消除这种异常振动。 When finishing mill system vibrated violently, vibration response and operation parameters were measured. On the basis of phase space analysis about measured vibration signals, the characteristics of special nonlinear autonomous vibration about the structure included in the system were obtained. Operation parameters measured was used in identification which was based on support vectors regression. The essential reason why the vibration was caused by the system is response delay of displacement feedback. By restraining long delay, the abnormal vibration can be eliminated.
