摘要
将非对称齿廓理论应用于塑料齿轮,探讨了非对称渐开线塑料齿轮的啮合传动特点,给出了该种齿轮的啮合传动参数的计算公式。用实例对这一新型齿轮的侧隙进行了计算,验证了理论分析的正确性,为非对称渐开线塑料齿轮的设计提供了依据。
Unsymmetrical involute spur gears have different pressure angles on the drive side and coast side. A rational design of the tooth profile of such gears can lead to an increase in gear load capacity, a reduction in noise and vibration levels and a significant enhancement in bending strength. Unsymmetrical profile were applied in plastic gear. The meshing transmission characteristics of unsymmetrical involute plastic gear were investigated. The formulas for the meshing transmission parameters of the unsymmetrical involute plastic gear were given. The clearance of this new gear were calculated by citing an example to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, which may lay the design basis for unsymmetrical involute plastic gear.
