四氯化锡掺杂聚苯胺催化合成苯甲醛-1,2-丙二醇缩醛 被引量:8

Catalytic synthesis of benzaldehyde-1,2-propylene acetal in the presence of polyaniline doped with stannic chloride pentahydrate

摘要 对以四氯化锡掺杂聚苯胺(PAn-SnCl4)为催化剂,苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了标题化合物。探讨了PAn-SnCl4催化剂对缩醛反应的催化活性,系统地研究了原料配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响,在醛醇物质的量比n(苯甲醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.8,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的0.8%,带水剂环己烷用量为10mL,回流时间为2.5h的优化反应条件下,收率87%以上。结果表明PAn-SnCl4是合成标题化合物的良好催化剂。 Benzaldehyde-1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized using benzaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol as starting materials in the presence of polyaniline doped with stannic chloride pentahy- drate. Factors influencing the product yield were discussed and optimum reaction conditions were identified. Experimental result showed that polyaniline doped with stannic chloride pentahydrate was an excellent catalyst. With a ratio of n (benzaldehyde) : n(1,2-propanediol) = 1: 1.8, a concentration of w (polyaniline doped with stannic chloride pentahydrate) = 0.8 %, a cyclohex- ane amount of 10 mL and a reaction time of 2.5 h, the yield of benzaldehyde-1,2-propanediol acetal was over 87 %.
