摘要
目的探讨饮酒对脑血流动力学的影响。方法采用多普勒超声检测28例长期大量饮酒、25例长期少量饮酒、20例急性酗酒者饮酒前后的颅内血管平均血流速度(Vm),饮酒前行大脑中动脉CO2吸入试验;并与健康查体者进行对照。结果与正常对照组比较,长期大量饮酒者除右侧大脑后动脉外的血管Vm均减低,吸入CO2后大脑中动脉流速增加率较低;饮酒后饮酒者Vm增加,以急性酗酒者最明显,长期少量饮酒者增加最少。结论饮酒量及饮酒方式对脑血流有不同的影响,长期大量饮酒可使脑血流减慢,脑血管反应显著下降。
Objective To investigate the influence of drinking on cerebral hemedynamic. Methods Average blood flow rates(Vms) of cerebral blood vessel in 28 long-term heavy drinkers,25 long-term light drinkers,20 acute long hitter were detected by doppler ultrasound before and after drinking , CO2 inhalation test of middle cerebral artery was acted ; and compared with that of healthy. Results Compared with control group , Vms of blood vessel except of right posterior cerebral artery were all reduced , flow rate increase rates in middle cerebral artery were lower after CO2 inhalation; Vms of drinkers were increased after drinklng,especially in acute long hitter,but the least increase rate in long-term light drinkers. Conclusions Different alcohol consumption and drinking style have different influence on cerebral blood flow, long-term drinking can make cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular reaction step down.
