抗内皮细胞抗体、细胞间黏附分子-1在SLE发病中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 对39例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)活动期患者、25例SLE缓解期患者及25例健康对照者的血清IgG型抗内皮细胞抗体(IgG-AECA)阳性率、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(SICAM-1)水平进行检测。结果IgG-AECA的阳性率在SLE活动期组、SLE缓解期组及健康对照组间有显著差异(P均(0.05);三组血清SICAM-1水平亦有显著差异(P均(0.05)。认为IgG-AECA及sICAM-1与SLE的发病及病情活动有相关性,可作为临床监测病情变化的指标。
