摘要
按喷雾形状和雾化方法对现有喷嘴进行分类,并介绍各类喷嘴的特性和应用场合;针对不同类型,具体分析了影响喷嘴雾化能力的相关因素;在分析相关因素的基础上,根据雾化机理和实验研究以及煤矿现场使用经验,提出改善喷嘴雾化能力的措施。
Now- existing nozzles are classified according to the shapes of the spray fog and the atomization approaches, the characteristics and the applying situations of various nozzles are also introduced. According to different types, the factors influence the atomization of nozzles are analysed. Base on the analysis of the factors influence the atomization of nozzles, on the basis of the mechanism of atomization, along with the using experience of coal mines, the improvement of the atomization of nozzles is put forward.
