摘要
在摩擦表面温升计算模型中,引入辐射散热系数-对流换热系数折算因子,根据Ne-wton冷却定律和Stefan-Boltzmann定律提出了一种计算热交换的新方法。应用该方法,基于AN-SYS对刹车盘进行了数值仿真。仿真数据与试验结果的相对误差为8.35%,证明热辐射系数-对流换热系数折算方法的正确性。
A conversion factor of heat radiation coefficient - film coefficient was introduced. A new method which translates heat radiation coefficient into film coefficient was put forward according to Newton cooling law and Stefan - Boltzmann law in computing friction surface temperature. Using this method, computer simulation analysis on the braking disc temperature was done base on ANSYS. The experimental and FEM analytical results were compared, their relative error is 8.35 %, it shows the new method is correct.
