摘要
为解决传统迷宫式密封运用在平面涡流分级机中存在的跑粗现象,设计出一种新型气动密封装置,并利用CFD软件进行几何参数与操作参数优化,模拟发现,在微细分级情况下,气动密封装置密封效果明显优于迷宫式密封,在安装倾角为+30°与-60°时具有最优值。
A new type of pneumatic - sealed device was developed to prevent the leakage phenomenon of coarse powder about plane vortex classifier with traditional labyrinth seal and CFD code was used to optimize its geometric parameters and operational parameters. The simulation results show that the pneumatic-sealed is obvious better than the labyrinth seal in superfine powder classification and the optimal values are obtained when the installing angles of sealing blades are about + 30° or - 60°.
