摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC的选煤楼集中监控系统,该系统包括5个PLC分站、1个PLC主站和1个操作员站。建立了CC-Link网络组成的集中监控系统,实现了实时性、分散性控制与智能机器通信等功能。提高了系统的RAS(Reliability可靠性、Availability有效性、Serviceability可维护性),取得了安全生产、节能降耗、提高效率的良好效果。
A kind of centralized control system based on PLC in coal culling buildings is introduced. This system includes one PLC main station, one operator station and five PLC branch stations. They build up the centralized Control system by means of CC - link net system. They can carry out the real time, separate control and brainpower communication function which increase the RAS （Reliability, Availability, Serviceability）. Safety production, energy - saving and efficiency - improving can be achieved by this way.
