摘要
运用Pro/E软件对平底直动从动件盘形凸轮机构进行三维实体建模及装配,运用Pro/E的mechanism模块对凸轮机构进行运动仿真分析,得出凸轮机构的位移、速度及加速度随时间变化的曲线。利用该方法可以使设计人员快速、直观地对凸轮机构进行优化设计。
Using Pro/E, the 3D solid model and assembly of the plate cam mechanism were made. According to simulation analysis of the plate cam mechanism by using mechanism module of Pro/E, the varying curves with time of plate cam mechanism distance, velocity and acceleration were given out. Use the above method, the designers can optimize the cam mechanism rapidly and intiutively.
